A crisp golden outside, warm rice and a melting mozzarella heart. Our supplì al telefono are homemade Roman rice croquettes, served as two pieces from the antipasti section of our menu.

They are a simple way to begin a meal at Tradizioni. Order a plate for yourself, or share the two croquettes while you decide on pasta, pizza or a main course. The photograph here shows the actual dish from our kitchen.

Our menu marks the supplì as vegetarian and gluten-free. We use dedicated ovens, pans and fryers for gluten-free preparation. Please still tell our team about any allergy or coeliac disease before ordering, so we can discuss your meal with you.
